OUT OF AREA / REMOTE AREA DELIVERIES

Our standard delivery charges will cover most areas of the world. However if you are in a particularly remote area there are sometimes considerable surcharges applied by FedEx which we unfortunately cannot cover. If you place an order and we find that a remote / out of area surcharge will be applied by FedEx we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options or to request an additional payment to cover the surcharge.

NOTE ON DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times to addresses outside the USA are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Items sent with FedEx can be tracked at all times but please ensure you provide us with your e-mail address and mobile phone number to receive all of the latest updates on your shipment. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the USA. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that should you decide to return your order for refund we will be unable to refund you any costs you may have incurred for local duty/taxes.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses. Depending on the policy of your credit company we may only able to deliver to your debit/credit card billing address.

DELIVERY DELAY NOTIFICATION

If we are unable for any reason to fulfil your order as planned we will contact you to let you know our earliest possible shipment date. Should the delay be unacceptable to you then we will immediately give you a full refund.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Custom and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
