We ship XLUXE pieces worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are made ready to ship within a few working days of purchase — the exact estimate is shown on each product page as "With you by [date]."

Shipping Rates

Orders of £150 or more ship free via FedEx. Orders under £150 ship via standard postal service (Royal Mail in the UK, national postal carriers elsewhere), at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

International Orders

We currently ship to the UK, EU, and select international destinations. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Delays

While we aim to meet every estimate shown at checkout, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing for international orders.
